How can I know nRF51xxx_xxAC_REV3 RAM size ?

Hello ! 

I bought a new nRF51DK board and need to read its RAM data. I used nRF connect to erase it. The data read by nRF connect shows 262144 bytes and I don't know the RAM size of nRF51DK here. How can I use the Jlink savebin command to read it's RAM data?

Hi,

AC variants has 32 kB RAM. You can see that from nRF51422 IC revisions and variants.
