Hi,
It is not possible to achieve 2 Mbit/s average throughput in practice over BLE, the on-air data-rate can be set to 2 Mbit, but there will be some overhead limiting the actual throughput. The maximum throughput using GATT and RAW LL can be seen in the Table 2 on this page of the Softdevice documentation.
You could also use the radio directly for your own proprietary protocol. You might be able to achieve slightly higher throughput, but not 2 Mbit average.
The only alternative that we provide that can support higher throughput (up to 86 Mbit) is the new nRF7002 WiFi companion chip. This is not available yet, but you can contact your regional sales manager for more details about availability.
