I used the NRF52832QFAAE1 chip for Bluetooth development before, and later changed it to NRF52832QFAAE0 to use the same software program, but NRF52832QFAAE0 can download the program through JLINK, but it cannot work? In keil5, simulation debugging is also not possible.

What is the reason? What is the difference between the development of NRF52832QFAAE0 and NRF52832QFAAE1? What adjustments are needed?

Hi,

There is no significant difference between NRF52832QFAAE0 and NRF52832QFAAE1, as all E devices are revision 2 (see SoC revisions and variants).

I am curious if there could be a typo or misread somehow, and that the issue is that you have a revision 3 device instead, with build code G (so something like NRF52832QFAAG0)? That fits with your description about issues with debugging, as these devices has a new access port protection mechanism that requires updated tools and libraries. See IN-142 for details.
