k_timer - nrf9160dk

Good day

I am trying to add timestamps to my mqtt code.  However, in an effort to save power , I would like to use the modem to get the correct time once and then use the RTC timer to add the timestamp.  I am struggling get the RTC timer to perform what I need it to .  Are there any samples that do this for the nrf9160dk?

Hi Hassan,

When you say RTC, are you referencing an external Real Time Clock module or the internal Real Time Counter in the nRF9160?
