Sniffer unable to capture after bluetooth connection

Hi, I am using nrf52840 for sniffing bluetooth packets. The sniffer was able to capture packets once the Bluetooth connection is established between my mobile and and the other device. But currently the sniffer is unable to capture packet post CONNECT_IND i have used the same legacy passkey as was using earlier when the same worked. Also at-times sniffer is unable to even capture CONNECT_IND.  

I am using wireshark Version 4.0.0 with nrf52840 dongle FW 4.1.1.
