nRF52 DK is not getting connected to programmer software.

I have installed nRF connect for desktop .In which I am trying to connect nRF 52 DK through programmer software. As soon as I connect the development kit via USB to type B cable to laptop, it shows J link. But it does not show nRF52DK. and programmer software shows unsupported device. How could  I resolve the issue.

Hello,

There are no other J-link drivers except J-link V7666a(32 bit windows).

Devkit was not connected before,I am first time trying to connect it.

No modifications done to devkit,

Are you able to list the device if you use nRF Command Line Tools and the command:

nrfjprog --ids

Yes,I already tried to flash the Minew chip but it shows device is protected.

Sounds like the device readback protection. Could you try resetting the device first?

Ah my mistake I meant erase-all. Reset is essentially just a power cycle. Does that help?

That is a bit strange.

So it is not allowing you to due to readback protection? Could you provide me this log? Are getting the same response if you run Erase&Write?

Are you getting any errors if you run "nrfjprog --recover" from commandline?

And what JLink version are you using again ("nrfjprog -v" in commandline)
