Add support for FEM nRF21540 with BLE nRF52833 running on SoftDevice

Hi,

We have developed an application in central mode using BLE nRF52833 chip running on SoftDevice140, Version 7.2.0

We now need to add support for FEM nRF21540.

We understand that nRF Connect SDK has integrated support for usage of this FEM, but moving our application from using SoftDevice to nRF Connect SDK will require a huge amount of effort and resources that we do not have at our disposal.

We understand that the FEM Tx Rx IO pins control when sending and receiving data over BLE.  

How can we integrate this IO control with BLE radio RX TX using this FEM into our existing SoftDevice based application?

I emphasize that moving to nRF Connect SDK is not possible for us currently given the above reason.

Hi,

Unfortunately the nRF5 SDK and Sxxx softdevices do no support the nRF21540. For nRF21540 support you will need to start developing with the nRF Connect SDK (NCS).
