SDK compiled by segger embedded studio will not work

Everything used to work fine on keil but now I moved to segger sdk projects will compile and upload to custom board using nrf52811 but will not function, I have tried ble hrs and template examples, the work fine using keil but not segger.

I went through the getting started tutorial and updated section placement macros to:

FLASH_PH_START=0x0

FLASH_PH_SIZE=0x100000

RAM_PH_START=0x20000000

RAM_PH_SIZE=0x6000

FLASH_START=0x19000

FLASH_SIZE=0x17000

RAM_START=0x20000F70

RAM_SIZE=0x45C0

Which version of the SDK are you using?

Are you testing this on a Nordic DK or a custom board?

Sdk version 15.3

On a custom board using nrf52811, if I compile without any change it will compile but wouldn't work however changing build configuration to nrf52811_xxxx will cause flash1 memory segmant not enough error
