N52804 dongle cannot capture packet by wireshark plugin, interface is listed,

I want to capture connection packets between BLE Master and Slave, My computer runs windows 10, a python version 3.9.0 and a wireshark with version 4.0.1. nRF Sniffer for Bluetooth LE is  listed in the Wireshark interface and I can find the BLE device nearby  in the device list, but NO packet was captured.  I didn't program any firmware into the dongle, as there should be default firemware sniffer_pca10056_129d2b3.hex according to the manual.  What's the  possible problem ?

Hi, 

What Sniffer version are you using? I suggest you use the latest version of Sniffer and program the suitable image, sniffer_nrf52840dongle_nrf52840_*.hex,  the dongle.
