According the nordic documentation of the AT command +CEINFO, the value of CINR is in dBm.
Other source (outside Nordic) mention dB as common unit, e.g. LTE signal quality parameters
Please clarify, what's the right unit.

You are indeed right about this.. CINR is in dB and not dBm. It is a mistake in the infocenter page and I will notify this internally.. Thank you.
