       We are trying to use PPK2 to measure current of our board, we want to receive the data from PPK2 and parse by our owner python script, so could you provide the protocol between PC and PPK2?

You can check out the PPK2 Python API available here that makes it possible to do automated power monitoring, and should allow for full control over the PPK2.
