Sending LL_FEATURE_REQ from master

Hello,

I would like to ask you if SoftDevice S132 v.7.x.x allows Master-initiated Feature Exchange procedure?

BLE Core spec: Vol6, Part B, Cap. 5.1.4.1.

I tried to find in the API reference, but I did not find something related.
