AT-commands through RTT

Hi!

The posts I've found regarding this were quite old, and they mentioned features which then were coming.

So I'll ask anew: Is it possible to use AT-commands through RTT? Currently, I'm using a thingy through the DK via JLink, getting logs on RTT Viewer. I want to communicate with the modem, but I'm not sure how to. Are there any samples, minimal solutions, guides or docs that can help me through this?

Hi,

You can use the modem_shell sample, with the rtt overlay config file.

Note that you cannot send "raw" AT commands out of the box, as it presents a shell. Instead you must use the "at" shell command to send one and one command, or to enter "at_cmd_mode".
