Can S332 v5 use on 52840?

Hi,

       We have done a lot of projects with nrf52832 with softdevice S332 v5 before.

Now we have a new project to use nrf52840. Can we use the original s332 version? Or do we have to update?

Hello John,

For more details, please contact ANT directly, as they provide and maintain the S3xx softdevices.

What I can say is that S332 is based on S132, and the S132, according to the release notes is tested for production with the nRF52832 and nRF52810, not the nRF52840.

hAlso, according to ANT's own website:

The S332 is compatible only with the nRF52832.

For the nRF52840, it looks like you need to choose between S212, S313 and S340.
