License of nRF5340 Audio DK

Hello

I could not find a statement on the permitted (re)use of the hardware design files provided for your DKs.

Is it fine to base a commercial product containing an nRF5340 on modified design files of Nordic Semiconductors, e.g. nRF5340 Audio DK?

If yes: Are there any constraints regarding labeling or mentioning in the documentation?

Hello Daniel,

There is no issue for you to reuse the hardware designs we have provided for our SoCs :) 
In fact, we provide reference circuitry for all of our SoC as well, which we recommend all of our customers to make use of.
