Thingy91 Asset Orientation not being sent to nrf cloud

I'm testing the thingy91 with asset tracker v2.

I managed to build, flash and get the thingy 91 to send data to the nrf cloud platform perfectly, but as i've seen in the youtube demos there was an asset orientation that showed the device movement and orientation using the accelerometer, but i don't seem to get that information anywhere.

Is there anything i'm missing?

It turns out that orientation is not supported in nrfcloud for Asset Tracker v2. It should be possible to add a custom card and display the orientation that way. I will look up the details for this and get back to you.

The video you have seen might have been Asset Tracker v1. If you need to display orientation for demo purposes, you could try this version.

No I definitely remember that the precompiled firmware says v2.

Which is why I thought of asking here.

You could be right that an older version of Asset Tracker v2 included orientation. I will check which one and whether it is still supported in nRF Cloud.
