ncs v2.2.0 sample peripheral_lbs DFU over UART fail (nRF5340)

Hi,

follow the  Add DFU support to your application to do DFU over UART on nRF5340, it fail in the last step "image confirm".

The console show 

 

What is the meaning "Error: 3"?  How to fix it?

Can I find the meaning in https://github.com/apache/mynewt-mcumgr ?

You are missing a hash value for the "image confirm" command.
Try "mcumgr image confirm --help" to see the command syntax.
