How to add -Wl,--build-id to flags passed to linker in segger embedded studio?

Trying to integrate memfault SDK to nRF SDK 17 segger embedded studio. But couldn't understand the below section. Can someone help with passing flags to linker and also adding the snippet mentioned in the attached image? 

I am following the tutorial from the below link.
