The ESB writes ack payload only eight times

hi,i use SDK17.02.

  l use ESB RX mode,I need send the ack payload data, and I can only write it for 8 times. After I write it for 8 times, I use nrf_esb_flush_tx() to clear the count, but no effect is found, and ack_payload still cannot be sent.Could you tell me how to solve this problem?

Can you explain a bit more? You can send the different acks 8 times, but not 9 times? What happens after that? Any error code?
