Is getpeername supported?

I have a project that is blocked by the apparent lack of support for getpeername. Is it supported? If not, is there a workaround?

Hi Doug,

I haven't used it myself, but it seems to me that the getpeername function is available through the BSD compatible sockets API: https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/zephyr/connectivity/networking/api/sockets.html#c.getpeername

This API can be enabled by setting CONFIG_NET_SOCKETS in Kconfig.

Yes, the api exists but appears to always return an error code.
