Could you please share the SDK version you are trying with and are you trying with any of our samples? Can you share the project details or a method to reproduce or check this case?
I assume you are using NRF52840dk and are you trying to connect using nrf connect app or directly from phone? If not via nrf connect app, could you try that once?
Will be nice if you provide the sniffer traces. So I will get an idea on what's happening over the air.
