I can't write softdevice S340 7.0.1 to nrf52840 PCA 15600 board through nrf Programmer v3.0.4

Hi,

     I got 3 nrf52840 demo board. I want to use nrf Programmer v3.0.4 to write softdevice S340 to flash.

When I add file, I can see my S340 hex in file memory layout. But I click Erase & write and wait all action was done. i can't see real memory layout in the right zone.

Why?

Hi,

This is the expected behavior if the debug port is protected so that Flash memory cannot be read back. In that situation the programmer app cannot read and show what is on the device. See access port protection. The only way to disable the protection is together with a full flash erase, which means the flash will be empty again.

Hi Tesc,

       I already fixed this issue. Because I use command line tool to recover and setting this board from protected to none.

Then I can write softdevice to flash.
