DFU with more storage flash

Using NCS 2.2.0, NRF52833

I want to use DFU for a customer trial but I also want to store as much customer sample data into the flash as I can. I don't need rollback on my DFU.

My first thought was to do the DFU without the rollback, and without creating the slot1_partition. But I'm not sure if this is even possible.

&flash0 {		// For DFU

	partitions {
		compatible = "fixed-partitions";
		#address-cells = <1>;
		#size-cells = <1>;

		boot_partition: partition@0 {
			label = "mcuboot";
			reg = <0x00000000 0xC000>;
		};
		slot0_partition: partition@c000 {
			label = "image-0";
			reg = <0x0000C000 0x32000>;
		};
		slot1_partition: partition@3e000 {      //Get rid of this
			label = "image-1";
			reg = <0x0003E000 0x32000>;
		};
		scratch_partition: partition@70000 {
			label = "image-scratch";
			reg = <0x00070000 0xA000>;
		};
		storage_partition: partition@7a000 {    // Make this bigger
			label = "storage";
			reg = <0x0007A000 0x00006000>;
		};
	};
};

Otherwise, something similar to this would be ok. if its easier.

Is this easy to do with NCS?

I can get the data from flash storage prior to doing DFU.

Thanks for your help!
