Csv generation

Hello,

I am using a power profiler kit II for generating the power usage of our devices.

I am connecting it with the nRF Desktop.

Initially thee were no issues with the csv generation.
Now I am unable to generate .csv files as well as .ppk files.
I tried reinstalling the nRF desktop.

I am not sure how to proceed.
Kindly let me know how to handle this issue

Are you able to provide more information on this matter? What OS are you running? Can you enable debugger console with CTRL+SHIFT+i ? Do you get any errors there?
