Where can I find a specification with time for advertising device waits after sent adv packet for connection from central to it?

What time I have for handle some logic on a central side when I received adv packet for decide connect or no to this advertiser device?

The logic on the central side is not time critical at all.

You simply don't connect right away. Instead, the code switches from "scanning" to "connecting" mode and will connect with the next received advertising packet from the advertising device.

If I want to advertise once an 30 min? It will to long if I 'll wait nex adv packet. So the question still actual- what time periph device waits for connect after adverising?

Bad idea in the first place.

There is always only a chance that a receiver listens when you send an advertisement. Most devices share the radio and won't listen constantly anyways in order to save power.

The recommended intervals list ends at 1285ms, for precicly that reason.

If you wanted to advertise every 30mins, you'd turn the long 1285 interval on for a minute or two.

In practise you turn on much faster advertising on a user interaction like a button press.

Ok, I want to make some logic -exchange by UART with a server and decide should I connect or noe to this periph device. What time I have for this? It time will spend from adv packet received to central device will want to make connection.

You have a few minutes if the device shuffles its mac with the privacy extensions - otherwise no limit applies here to our knowledge.
