OTA DFU for nRF5340 using nRF Connect v2.2.0

I am new to this and was looking to upgrade the nRF5340dk and Thingy 53 and using OTA DFU.  The documentation I have seen uses the older SDK nRF5.  If there is any example or documentation, please guide me
