AdaFRUIT NRF52832 SHORTED 3.3V AND GND

We are working with adafruit Nrf52832 and have a weird  problem, the Ground pin and 3.3v pin is shorted and it also shows a 3.3v between them. Can you please help regarding  this issue.

I have attached the picture and video for reference. FYI: there was no smoke or no wire was burnt but got internally shorted.

If VDD is shorted to ground, there is an internal short in the device. Most probably caused by overvoltage or ESD.

The picture shows --3.3 V, where do you measure this? Is the device functional at all?

The device is booting up and the LED are blinking. -3.3V voltage is across 3.3V pin and ground pin but the continuity test with multimeter between these pins are positive. I am intrigued that how it can show -3.3V if it is shorted. The SDA pin is also shorted to 3.3V pin.

Are you sure you don't measure the ESD protection diodes when you do the continuation test? There's no negative voltages here, so maybe the leads are just swapped? Measure the current draw as well. If it's more than expected, there's something wrong.
