I'm trying to run the Hello World example in VS Code. When I launch the IDE, I can see that there is an error "No Kit Selected". When I attempt to install a Kit and hit the "Extract" button, I get the memory error in the attached image. Note that my machine has 19G of free memory. How much does this installer/extractor require?

The "No Kit Selected" can be ignored as this is part of the VS Code environment, and not needed in the nRF Connect for VS Code extension. The only kit needed to worry about is found under Connected Devices in the nRF Connect menu:
