power cycling effect on Mean time to Failure

Hello,

I am using the nrf52 for development purposes, during the development I need to power cycle the device approximately ~1000 times, no flash writes in between.
Does this effect the mean time to failure?
Does this effect the  lifespan of the device?
What other factors can impact the lifespan?

Hi Michael

No, if the power cycles doesn't affect the flash there shouldn't be a noteworthy affect to the nRF52832 lifespan or "mean time to failure". The factors that do impact the lifespan is mainly the supplied voltage, the storage/operating temperature and the amount of flash write/erase cycles done on the device. Please see the absolute max ratings in the PS for details.
