PPK2 - power profiler v3.5.3 - misaligned samples

Having an issue on a PC with Power Profiler v3.5.3

I'm measuring an esp8266 bootup and sleep cycle and this is how it looks like on a notebook running windows10 with v3.5.2

And this is how it looks like an a PC running windows10 v3.5.3

To me it seems like some samples are somehow got moved to the wrong position. Also the timestamps are wrong, the v3.5.3 measures a 20second period while the esp8266 definetly wakes up every minute.

Hi,

It looks like there is data loss over USB, so you should fix the USB communication (which I see you have done). Alternatively, you could try to reduce the sampling rate in the PPK software (under "Sampling parameters" in the side panel).
