nRF Connect (v4.0.4) on MAC has "Start scan" disabled

Hi,

I'm working on:

• Mac mini M1
• macOS Ventura 13.1

After launching nRF Connect for Desktop Bluetooth Low Energy Standalone v4.0.4, Start scan button is disabled as in the screenshot.

Relaunching the app does not help.

What should I do?

Hi,

You need to select a device and connect to it. If you get a pop up asking you to program the device, select yes. After you have connected to the device you will be able to scan:
