Unable to toggle some pins on nrf52840dk

I am trying to toggle pins on my nrf52840dk based on the blinky example. I can toggle the led pins (p0.013/p0.14 ect), but if I try to toggle other pins like p0.17 using the same code it doesn't work. Can someone tell me if I need to add something?

Hi,

From the backside of the DK:

As you see here, the P0.17 - P0.23 are used for external memory.
If you want to route these to pins, you need to cut SB1x and solder SB2x.
