nrF connect SDK

i open the VS code from Toolchain Manager,

however, there is no nRF connect SDK here. what can i do for this.

Could you try uninstalling and Re-installing VS Code and the nRF Connect for Desktop.?

 I thied uninstalling and Re-installing VS Code and the nRF Connect for Desktop. But there is still no valid SDK. How can I get the valid SDK? thank you very much.
