ERROR 261893 [Unknown error code] - Nordic Q&A

Hi All,

When my BLE device call data update function, the error code would return ERROR 261893 as shown below image

If I remove the err_code checking, the code is actually running OK.

I can see the data being updated by notification through BLE app. The problem only happen if I do err checking after batt_data_change.

I saw that there is another user started the topic ERROR 12291 [Unknown error code], I dont think it is the same problem.

We've not seen this error number before, and it does not seem to be in the valid range of error numbers familiar to us. Since the code works fine without handing this error check, can you find out what exactly is returning this error number through debugging? The ble_l9961_batt__data_change function doesn't seem to be something from our SDK.
