NRF extension always keep loading

Hi,

I've used 'nRF Connect for Desktop' to install the NCS v2.1.0 and v2.1.1,and rename the ncs folder like this:

when i try to 'Add an existing application...' it will be always loading,and still loading after an hour:

for some unknown reason, I was unable to successfully download NCS v2.1.0 again using nRF Connect for Desktop, after reinstall the VS code and its extensions pack the situation has not changed, how to solve the 'loading' problem to select board config?

Any ideas why this is happening?

windows11

VS code version：1.74.2

Does the extension work if you do not rename the folders?

The extension does not work then I install the other version v2.1.1, both versions experience the same issue.

Does this mean that the folder does not work when named "v2.1.1" either?

In addition, can you generate Support information in VS Code using the "Generate support information" function?
Then upload said information (with eventual redactions) to this case using Insert->File.
