Notify frequency between pc_ble_driver_py and nRF Connect for Desktop

I am using a device that can notify (1 sec for 22times,(45ms)) and 160 bytes a package,when I use pc_ble_driver_py to collect notify, I only can received 10~11 package for second,  and I  found out that every two package I lost one.

But when I use nRF Connect for Desktop to collect notify, I can received 22~23 package a sec.

Is there anything I can do?

I am not an expert in this driver but there should be configurations for this driver to configure the connection parameters and other timeouts for sending data. There are some threads in the devzone like this thread attempting to optimize the throughput that can be achieved using the pc-ble-driver.
