Twi Configuration connection

Im using nrf52840 in custom board 

this is my configation 

 

but i saw schematic DK nrf52, and its don't have some one like this, it's directly whitout external resistors

is that resistors necessary or i can to connected directly whitout resistors?

No, you can use the internal pullup resistors instead of external ones. The internal pullup are by default enabled by the TWI drivers.
