Serial memory on nrf5340 DK board

Hi !

Does MCUBoot driver can support mx25u12835fzni-10g  ( https://octopart.com/mx25u12835fzni-10g-macronix-25459838?r=sp ) without any modifications ?

DK Board have MX25R6435F. Looks similar.

It is planned to use by MCUboot for store firmware updates and by App core for store some data.

Hi,

As long as the external flash chip is a SPI-NOR based storage device, then the device is supported. The device you link is a SPI NOR device, so it should work
