[NRF 51422 Eval Kit] Serial over USB Debugger

I read through the following post and still couldn't get debug info out.

I have tried the settings there and from another post with no luck. I'm using putty on a win 8 machine. I think one of the gotchas I have is most people are using a soft device and I am not. Do I have to manually set the debug if I am not using the soft device?

It could also be that I am using printf commands to try to output text, is this correct? I am not familiar with the app_uart.c commands. Do I have to enable UART in order to see the output?

Anyone solve this or know what roadblock I'm having?

Hi Brandon

There is also the RTT turiorial that prints to a Segger J-link RTT viewer. Pretty good for debugging since you can print out anything you want. How to set that up is well documented in this tutorial. Would that be adequate debug method for you?
