Dear Nordic,
As per the RED, article 3.3 www.intertek.com.hk/.../ item (d) radio equipment does not harm the network or its functioning nor misuse network resources, thereby causing an unacceptable degradation of service;
For good coverage and reliable BLE data connectivity, it is possible to configure the BLE devices to transmit data quite fast such that it might inadvertently affect the noise floor, thereby degradation of service.
Is there any limitations that you have come across where-in there are limitations for these BLE connection parameters from a network topology/deployment point of view such that item (d) is not affected? Although, I am not sure how network topology will be verified.
Thanks,
Tilak
