nrfjprog ubuntu JLinkARM DLL load failed

I'm using 
Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS
JLink DLL version V7.70a
nrf-command-line-tools_10.19.0_amd64.deb

I installed the latest segger tool

I checkted with : JLinkExe --version
Response

nrfjprog --version still answerd:

Have you downloaded specifically the tools for ARM from Segger's website?

I downloaded from

https://www.segger.com/downloads/flasher/
Flasher Software and Documentation Pack for Linux Intel /AMD x64v DEB File
I installed with 
sudo dpkg -i Downloads/Flasher_Linux_V784f_x86_64.deb

I believe the flasher is just part of the Segger software you'll need, and I'm not sure it'll get installed in a way that nrfjprog can find it if you just install the flasher.

I believe nrfjprog is looking for these files in /opt/SEGGER/, I assume you don't have a libjlinkarm.so located there since you're getting this error.
