Sometimes the Web browser improperly auto-fills in the 2nd field with your email, when in fact that's where your verification code goes. If you clear out that 2nd field, you'll notice it says "Enter 6-digit Code". Enter the code there. The 1st field is for your email, the 3rd and 4th are for your new password.
