I heared a rumour that the NRF581922 will be withdrawn and an other solution will become available. We have planned the 581922 for implementation and want te release the product soon. Can you inform us as soon as possible what to do ?

Hello,
The nRF51922 will not go into mass production. However, the same functionality, with the very same stack (ANT/BLE) will be available on the nRF51422. The benefit of this is that the stack will not be pre-programmed into the chip, meaning that you can always do development using the latest version of the stack.

This raises the question of where does the 51822 fit into this picture? Is there only going to be 1 part in the NRF51 series or will 822 and 422 still be separate parts? Gus
I have the same question can´t we load same stack on nRF51822?
Yes, there will be two separate chips in the nRF51 series, nRF51822 and nRF51422. The nRF51822 will support BLE, Gazell, and ESB. The nRF51422 will support ANT, ANT/BLE, Gazell, and ESB.
Hi, is there already a date fixed, when the new nRF51422 will be available? And, when I already have a product with "old" nRF51422, can it replaced with new nRF51422 without retesting FCC & CE?
