what is nRF Command Line Tools ？

I wonder what nrf-command-line-tool is for? Why is there nothing after I installed it？  where can I open it? Or is it just a drive? I really don't understand the steps in the picture below. How and where are the commands entered?

Have you taken a look at the tools' documentation? There is a link to it on the download page. I also write it here for convenience:

After installation, the tools become available in the Windows Command Prompt or the Windows PowerShell.

Hi,  I found the following documentation:

In Windows, the tools are in:

C:\Program Files\Nordic Semiconductor\nrf-command-line-tools\bin

So you can try them in that directory.
