How to use printk with thingy53 with peripheral uart sample

How could i print the LOGs as described here in the sample https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/2.0.0/nrf/samples/bluetooth/peripheral_uart/README.html

in particular i don't understad how to set the USB CDC ACM as described here. extension https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/2.0.0/nrf/samples/bluetooth/peripheral_uart/README.html#id12

How could i do this?

Hello, is there a reason for using nRF Connect SDK v2.0.0? 

In Known Issues of v2.0.0 there is a known issee

NCSDK-15724: Bluetooth’s Peripheral UART sample fails to start on Thingy:53 v2.0.2 v2.0.1 v2.0.0

Enabling USB by the Peripheral UART’s main function ends with error because the USB was already enabled by the Thingy:53-specific code.

Workaround: Manually cherry-pick and apply commit with fix from main (commit hash: b834ff8860f3a30fe19c99dbf4c0c99b0b017245).

This has been fixed in version 2.2.0.

Also, the peripheral_uart does not use printk, it uses the Zephyr Log Module
