We support nRF5340, nRF52840 an nRF9160. You have to upgrade to ncs v2.2.99-dev3. Currently it is not possible with another MCU out of these. You can read this previous case:

I am sorry that was a link from private case. So, you were not able to open. Customer asked similar question if it is possible to use Stm32 as MCU to drive the nRF7002. Our expert answered the following way:
