nrf9160 AT-command Error

Hi,

we have designed nrf9160 custom boards.

i have upload he AT_CLIENT example but i'm not able to get response when i send commands. total i have 2 custom board but i one custom board its working but in another board its not working. Both design are same but i have noticed the nrf9160 chips is different

.

the device which have N symbol in that AT commands are working fine, but the device which have UK in that only AT response is working other then that any commands not getting ok response  i have sent AT+CFUN? but im getting response ERROR, Expect AT other commands are getting response ERROR

    at_client shall work with both of these mfw versions.

    Can you share any logs or similar? Have you tried reprogramming the device in-question?

    to see logs first it have to show the device port but its not showing  port in lte_link_monitor.

    but when use  mwf_nrf9160_1.3.2  it showng device port But when i use mwf_nrf9160_1.3.4   its not even showing the device port.

    What do you mean specifically with "device port" ? Do you mean the USB-uart adapter?

    If yes; this is a external component and should not have any effect on the nRF9160 at all.

     

    Can you share screenshots or logs of what your issue is?

    yes  it is usb poart .

    In this screenshot you have seen  usb0 port in arduino. but its not showing in lte_link_monitor 

    in my device that usb is going to act like a uart0

    Thank you for sharing this.

    You can use any terminal you'd like to send AT commands.

    For other ports to be detected in LTE Link Monitor, you have to ensure that the "Show only supported devices" is left unchecked:

    Then it should appear in the list:
