Hello,

RSSI is not accurate enough to speak of centimeters as it depends on so many external factors, such as interference, multipath, line-of-sight, tx power, etc.

Using RSSI as a distance measure has been discussed numerous times in the DevZone forum already, but in essence it is best used as a 'near', 'far', or 'gone' indicator, due to its huge fluctuations. I recommend reading some of these prior discussions to gain better insight into why RSSI is unreliable as a distance measurement.

There are some methods, yes, but it will depend on how accurate do you need the distance measurement to be?
