Is it possible to know what is the cause of this assert : app: ZBOSS assertion in file: 124, line: 634, please.

It is not very clear by reading the assembly code of the ZBOSS stack

Looks like ZBOSS callback queue is full, hence the assert in the stack (probably when scheduling a ZBOSS callback)
