I'm trying to activate multiple new nRF9160 DK iBasis SIM cards and it seems to be getting stuck after submitting. After entering the EID and PUK, the tilted blue box amination just loops and it says "Still working..." I've let it run for over an hour, and also checked my SIM CARDS tab in nRF Cloud and I don't see any new cards there.
According to this post, ICCID should be used. So I programmed the latest Asset Tracker v2 and modem firmware and sent the command AT%XICCID in LTE Link Monitor. Turns out that it returned the same number that is printed on the SIM card itself (and an additional checksum digit and the letter F). I attempted to use this in the activation window, but I was still stuck at the "Still working..." screen. Also, when activating the SIM card the site now says "To activate your SIM card, enter the ICCID/EID and PUK below." so I'm not sure if the information in that post is still true about not being able to use the EID.
I tried another new SIM card as well and got the same results. "Still working..." no matter if I tried the EID or the ICCID. I've got 3 others I could try but it doesn't seem like that would accomplish anything.
Is there a different way to activate? Am I missing something with this method of activation?
